I have active children and we have been told before that our 12 year old actually needs the stuff that is in these sports drinks unlike her other siblings although now her oldes sibling also needs this because of her activity.

If you had asked me several years ago if I thought this was necessary I would have told you no way but my mind had been changed by my Dr. who recommended a drink supplement like this for my two youngest daughters.

We have been very lucky to review several books by Dan Jackson and the kids are always excited to see what book he will put out next. Drinking Animals is a children's book about animals and how much water they drink and how long they can go without water as well as how much they drink. Lots of fun facts for your favorite animal lover.

As a parent I really like the learning while reading concept. I even learned a thing or two reading this to my daughter and grand daughter.

New way to stay fit

This has got to be the neatest way to lose weight. Play a game have some fun, get fit, and lose weight. Losing weight has to be fun if you are having fun and this keeps you using different parts of your body and changes up your fitness everytime you play.

This is awesome and a way I can play with my girls or husband and workout together. We can modify for any of our disabilities and always pass if it is something we can't do at all.

Rock The Cradle: A Lullaby Tribute To Billy Idol

Billy Idol happens to be one of my favorite artists for singing. Maybe in part it is because he had blonde hair and his lip had a snarl. I am not sure but White Wedding, Rebel Yell, as well as Dancing with myself were the top of my favorites songs.

I even had a white wedding concert shirt that I love to wear the summer of 1989, along with my jean jacket filled with pins.

Oh the days of yesteryear. Now my grand children and children can enjoy his music in a friendly way through lullabyes.
