Stretching to be more Flexible

I have been doing Yoga on and off for many years. Yesterday I had an appointment with the disability Dr. and boy did I learn just how un flexible I really am.

Years of not doing Yoga regularly on top of having Fibromyalgia has not been good to my body, so I am going to try and get into doing Yoga on a daily basis.

I now know where I need to work on. Lets just say I didn't walk away from the appointment feeling very good about myself but I guess it is good for disability case. This Yoga Stretching strap is really going to help me achieve results. They might not be as good as I once was but will bring me closer to being able to move more easily.

Lets just say after doing what he wanted me to do, I was worn out, tired, and in severe pain. So here to more stretching, and flexibility in the future for better health.

Czech Glass Nail File

I have never owned a Glass Nail File and wasn't sure what I was in for. First off I really love that it comes with a case to store it in between use. This file can be washed, used over many times, used in both directions, as well as being able to be sterilized. Great for home or professional use.

The best thing about this nail file is that it seals the keratin levels to prevent from chipping and peeling. My first use of this product was amazing. I love that I don't have to worry about which way I am filing. This files the nail fast and smoothly. I am amazed and think besides the one regular nail file I love this is my new favorite go to file.

The storage container is nice to be able to store your nail file in your purse so there is no damage to your purse or the file. I am not sure how long one of these last but I can tell you it has already outlasted the amount of time I would have gone through a regular file and it is still going strong.
