Even though I can't personally have massages other then on my feet or a light shoulder rub, my children and my husband can have massages so these balls help me be able to give them massages without tiring out my hands too much.

I have Fibromyalgia and even though massage is great for it I can't have them because of my Kidneys. Pain Relief Alternative
