Hand Exercise & Stress Relief Ball

I don't so much need to exercise my hand but having a stress ball around the home is good for everyone. I know when I am really stressed because either I will chew my nails off or I will clench my fists which leaves nail marks in my hands if I still have nails, so having a stress ball is a real reliever.

Our family has been under stress so I am down to 4 nails left on my fingers and this ball couldn't have come at a better time. Now to regrow my nails and put this stress ball to use.

This is a nice size ball, not too big for my hands and not too small for my husbands hands. Great resistance with just enough give.

This Stress/ exercise ball can be found on Amazon.

Self-Myofascial Release Massage Balls

Even though I can't personally have massages other then on my feet or a light shoulder rub, my children and my husband can have massages so these balls help me be able to give them massages without tiring out my hands too much.

I have Fibromyalgia and even though massage is great for it I can't have them because of my Kidneys. Even giving other people massages sometimes causes me a lot of pain so this is where the massage balls come in. They help me be able to massage deeper without having to put extra pressure on my hands which is great for the one receiving my massage. These massage balls are also great for self use. I personally use these balls to roll on the bottom of my feet.

You can find these Massage Balls on Amazon.

Azatrum Health's "Open Up" self-myofascial release massage balls are effective tools which can help you to reduce muscle soreness, improve mobility, increase flexibility, and reduce your injury risk over time.

Our product offer includes a bonus PDF & Video step-by-step instructional guide to ensure that you'll get the most out of each rolling session, whether it is at home or on-the-go. The guide shows you how to work the ball into all of the major muscle groups of the body.

Every muscle in the human body is covered in a layer of fascia. When our fascia undergoes stress, small tears can occur, causing adhesions. These adhesions are commonly referred to as "trigger points". By applying directed pressure to these trigger points via self myofascial release, we can effectively reduce or eliminate a wide range of pains and discomfort in the body.

Simply place Azatrum Health's self myofascial release balls between any trigger point and a flat surface, then let gravity take over!
