Dancing and Life is for everyone. You don’t have to be a dancer or even have rhythm or dancing skills; what matters is the movement and the intent behind it.*

I am currently working with Dancing and Life to let my readers know about a free program yes it's FREE to help you Dance through Crisis. I was sceptic at first but now that I have done a whole week of the challenges I am sold. I think it is great for people and companies to help others get through those times in life that are hard, or maybe even have been lifelong battles we just never quite got over. I will share a few of these over the next few days but be sure to sign up for your Seven Day Challenge with Dancing through Crisis to see all of the videos and advice to help you on your journey.

The first challenge was Share your experience in spinning the gratitude wheel. Draw a big circle on a piece of paper; divide it into 4 sections; in each section write what brings you joy; spin a pen and share your experience with whatever joy it lands on.

Remember this is just a small bit of the challenge, for the whole Challenge sign up for free at Seven Day Challenge with Dancing through Crisis to get started on your journey.

5 Ways to Keep Your Home Clean This Summer

I know, it may be too early to think about summer but we all know it will be here before you know it, so why not be ready for whatever it has to throw at us this year.

It may seem that once summer hits, your house is messier than ever. The kids are home, pulling out toys, starting projects and running inside and outside all day. Add in vacations, summer get-togethers and more fun, and before you know it, you're house is a wreck. Read on for 5 tips for keeping your home clean during the summer.

Make a Schedule

Making a schedule will make clean-up feel like a manageable task. Instead of spending an entire day trying to get your house straightened up, make a schedule of a couple of tasks to tackle each day. Your house will stay cleaner and you will feel like you're working less (bonus!).

Pick Up as You Go

One of the best ways to keep your house from getting too cluttered is to train yourself to pick up things as they are happening. If you are headed to the kitchen, collect any plates and cups along the way and deposit them in the sink. Make a pile of items near the stairs that need to go up or down so that you don't have to make a special trip. If you tidy as you go, you will not have large piles of clutter to sort through when you get ready to clean.

Spend Time Outside

Summer is the time of year to get outside. The more time your family spends outside, the less mess you are making inside the house. Try to think of fun outdoor activities for your family that keep you out of the house. Also think about eating outside, paper plates can be a lifesaver if you a in a hurry!

Get the Kids Involved

Chances are, your kids are playing a large role in the messes being made. Creating a schedule for them to pick up toys, put away dirty clothes and stay on top of the dishes can help. Summer chores can be made fun with incentives like a family trip to the zoo or a day dedicated to the hardest worker.

Hire Professionals

Consider hiring professional cleaners to help keep your house in good shape. You can get someone to come in once a week or month or on an as-needed basis. It is also important that if you have cleanup job that involves biohazards that you contact Advanced Bio Treatment. Advanced Bio Treatment will help you get the job done safely and efficiently.
