Make It Real
This is one happy girl she has been looking at this since before Christmas. Between my computer crashing, Christmas, my cell phone going missing, getting sick and now the move that wasn't planned someone needed a little pick me up and this did the trick.
Both of my girls love to design clothing. One wants to do it when she gets older, the other just likes creating things. Until we got this our girls used a window for tracing what they wanted.
This kit is awesome. You will need 3 AAA batteries in order for it to work. It has a cubby that holds 3 pencils. This is the only thing I wish were better. Having room for paper and more pencils would be great but my daughter said she is just going to keep extra pencils and paper in the box till it wears out and then change over one of her many back packs into a drawing station for on the go fun.
I do suggest making copies of the girls and the outlines to have on hand because they go quickly. This is awesome and there are other books with tracing patterns available but sold separately. This will keep the little designer in your life busy for hours.

Getting ready to learn how to sew
With our move and now another move I had to put it off once again, but I learned that there are different presser feet for different kinds of sewing. Who knew? OK well I didn't.
This 42 piece presser feet kit from Simpzia is just what I needed. It comes with pictures of each foot and what you use it for. Can not wait to get my machine open and learn to sew. The biggest project I want to make is a quilt for each of my children made from their shirts, jerseys, and favorite lovies from their child hood. Quick Comeback Masque
What was really neat that this is a product comes so you can mix it yourself. There is a pod with liquid in the top and a bottom chamber that has what looks like a piece of cotton. When you are ready to do your mask, you push down on the top which breaks the seal and it mixes with the cotton ball like item to make a gel which you put on your face in upward strokes.
This was easy to put on with plenty to do your whole face. You leave it on for 15-20 minutes then wet and rub in, then rinse off. My face felt amazing after, very smooth, and I could feel it had become more firm. I did miss a few spots when I rinsed but after video below I did go back and rinse again. Before bed I added my regular facial cream but no other facial treatments. My face more then a week later still feels great.
I would buy this again as it does what it says and would love to try more of Alana Mitchell products in the future.
