More then a month ago I was sent a package of the very same products someone will win to try out in our family. Several my husband used for his backpain, and several I used for my Fibromyalgia. I don't like having to depend on medication to get me through the day. Most days I feel sick either way but I have been trying other methods to see if I can find something that works better without causing more harm to my body or mind. 

In steps Lokota. My husband used the Triple Action Back Pain pills on and off. Even though it did reduce his pain it can't heal his L4 and L5 from being displaced which is something the Spine Dr. needs to fix so on the worst days it didn't touch the pain but I would like to say that if he didn't have a off set spine this would have taken all of the pain away. 

As for me I have to talk to my Dr. before I go off of my medication to try this one and make sure that it won't be a problem with my other medical problems but I have hope that there is pain relief for suppers of Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, etc. I have read great testimonials on these products and as soon as I get the go ahead I am going to give some a whirl and then report back to my readers.

The Magic Ring

The Magic Ring or Pilates Ring is something I am new to and something that just might get me into Pilates. This starts you out slow and you can really get a feel for what pilates will do for your body.

Very easy to use even with having Fibromyalgia I am able to do these exercises without causing pain so it gets a thumbs up from me. In the pictures you can see my daughter demonstrating two different exercises because I had to take the pictures.

Salon Glove that can take the Heat

This is the first heat glove I have ever owned and I bought one only because my girls like to do their hair and the new curling irons are used by you twisting your hair around the cylinder and I find that a bit dangerous as well as raising the chance of a nasty burn.

This glove is well made, can take the heat of a curling iron or flat iron which makes me feel much more better about my girls using the newer hair appliances that on the market. I might even give this a whirl myself. Fits on both the left or right hand depending on which you need it on.
