The Magic Ring or Pilates Ring is something I am new to and something that just might get me into Pilates. This starts you out slow and you can really get a feel for what pilates will do for your body.
Very easy to use even with having Fibromyalgia I am able to do these exercises without causing pain so it gets a thumbs up from me. In the pictures you can see my daughter demonstrating two different exercises because I had to take the pictures.
