Our family has gone through lots of headphones. Even though we still purchase cheaper headphones for our younger children we have invested in better headphones for ourselves and our older children.

Getting a restful nights sleep

I have a husband who likes to sleep with a light or TV on while I like it pitch black to sleep. Even the alarm clock light bothers me. I had him sleeping in the dark for a while but he is back to having to have some sort of light on again.

For him it is habit more then anything else. The thing is I don't get good sleep as it is. I refuse to wear ear plugs because I want to be able to hear my children, but I do like to wear a eye mask while sleeping to keep the light out.

Having a nice lunch from home is sometimes what kids need to feel a little extra loved.
