Cutting the cord is easier then you might think. For us it started out as a way to save a big chunk of change per month. After a while we didn't miss it at all. Then came streaming TV, and our lives opened up to not just DVD's but movies, shows, and then most recently to shows that were shown on TV that we can get for free the day after. Root Beer Float Ice Pops

Root Beer Float Ice Pops

You are going to need

Root beer

softened vanilla ice cream

maraschino cherries (stems removed)

ice pop molds

First you want to place cherries in the bottom middle of ice pop mold.

Then you want to pour a bit of root beer on top.

At this time you want to freeze. 

Next you want to put in some softened vanilla ice cream.

I placed softened ice cream in a frosting bag, cut off tip and piped in ice cream so it was neat and tidy.

Use gloves if you have children helping, ice cream is cold on hands.

At this point I placed in freezer to set.

 Once vanilla ice cream is set. Add more root beer until ice pop mold is full.

Return to freezer.

During freeze time you can see some of the mixture mixed but I can attest they taste just like root beer floats with a cherry on top.

Camping Table

We are loving this new folding/portable camping table. Although it is for camping we have been using this for family game nights since our old bones don't like sitting on the floor anymore as well as on our front porch. So easy to put together. Measures 27.56 x 27.56 x 27.56 inches. and holds 120 lbs. We love the included bag for portability as well as the mess storage unit under the table for extras like games, citronella candles, etc. 

This is a great item for camping, BBQ, entertaining a few guests, family backyard in the evenings. I was very surprised by the stability as well as how sturdy this product it. Good quality with a table top that will last years.
