Do you often forget to take a dose of your medication or do you know someone who needs reminding? Then this item might be right for you. First of all I want to suggest that if there are children who will be in the home at any time that this be kept out of their reach. The lock is really easy to use.

This Medicine reminder takes 2 AAA batteries which are not included. You set the alarm to go off up to 6 times but remember this is in Military time so you are able to set it correctly the first time. The directions are pretty straight forward although I think the 3 second is much more like 6 seconds if you ask me.

I always remember my morning or night medication but often if and when I have to take something else like and antibiotic then I need a reminder to take those other doses, and this item has been keeping me on time for taking my medication. I recently had a part of my wisdom tooth break off, causing an infection, and then was pulled out. I am in the healing stages, stitches come out late next week. This medication reminder came just in time to keep me on schedule with taking my medication on time.

The Ddidak Medicine reminder with alarm can be found at my affiliate link below.

Chair Dancing Fitness Latin, Soul, and Rock 'n Roll

I have done yoga, walking, and swimming pretty much my whole life but with health issues I have found that standing is not always a safe position to be in while exercising. So I am more then excited to tell you about a line of videos that are tailored to exercising while you are in a seated position. Yes you can still do them standing as well and on good days I do them standing but alas most days I am sitting.

These are great for people who have Fibromyalgia like myself, are disabled, or even elderly. I do suggest speaking with your Dr. before you start any exercise just to be sure. You can never be too careful.

I have two different dvd's so far the Chair Dancing Fitness Latin, Soul, and Rock 'n Roll, and the

Chair Dancing Fitness Express Toning, I am looking forward to getting Simply Stretch and Chair Yoga as well in the near future.

If interested you can find these videos and more in the website link below or even on my affiliate link on Amazon.

Reach with Ease

Being elderly, disabled, short, or in pain can really make a difference on someones quality of being able to do things themselves.

This is where the rotating reacher comes in. You can get things down from up high or pick things up from down low.

You can use these to pick up debris in your yard, or to help get things that fell behind your dryer.

These grippers are easy to use. They do not have a locking function and you are going to try and pick up slippery items I suggest wrapping some rubber bands around the claws for more grip.

Having several health issues these grippers are a god send.

The Jackyled rotating grippers can be found on Amazon.
