I have one other shaker set and it is not nearly as nice as this one. I love that this one has the name of the product all over it so I don't mix up my pieces. This set comes with your shaker, top, double jigger, 2 pourers and a nice velvet like bag to store your items in between use.

This is a really nice set that we use to make bubble tea rather then mixed drinks. We have found when adding flavor to our bubble tea the larger size jigger works the best. Very easy to care for. I just make sure that it is completely dry before storing away.

This silicone spatula from CuliChef has quickly become my new favorite kitchen cooking utensil. I love how easy it is to wash, and of course to use it has it's own perks. Eggs flip easily, crepes look out because you are mine. Feel Good Gut Feeling

Until recently I didn't really see a use for taking a probiotic but when my daughter just deal with bowel movement problems they wanted us to start using probiotics after her medication was done. Since she was taking it I thought I should take the adult version so that I would know what her body might be going through.

I haven't seen any adverse effects but I haven't really felt any differently either but of course if it is keeping my gut healthy I guess I wouldn't feel anything. I really like that you only take this once a day and that is easy to swallow.

As for my daughter and her child probiotic well she is still going to the bathroom fine so I guess all had worked out well. Finally I understand what probiotics do.
