This is a nice bat to change up your game of baseball. A little different and lots of fun. Twist knob to change tension and crush it with your swing. Easy to use and great for young and old alike. Bring this to your next game and give it a whirl with your buddies.
We found that the tension didn't really change all that much but the kids loved using this as it was very different from a regular bat, plus everyone asked them about it.
