Angled Metal Icing Spatula

Finally I have angled spatula for decorating my cakes. I have relied on a straight handled small spatula for years now.

These spatulas are going to make a big difference in my results. I love that I now have 3 sizes to work with 6,8, and 10 inches. I  held up the one I already have and it is close to the 6 inch side.

You may ask what is different about a angled spatula over a straight spatula. The difference is that your handle won't be hitting your cake while frosting which means no scratches or messing up your cake while you are frosting your cake.

Very easy to use, one of my tips for a smooth frosting look is to dip the spatula in hot water, wipe with towel, and then smooth out frosting. I keep doing this until it is all done.

The 3 piece set of Angled metal Icing Spatulas can be found on Amazon.
