As I have aged I have notice lots of damage from the sun and that is with me not being in the sun often.
I burn if I am out in the sun more the 15 minutes without proper sunscreen, and I have to reapply often. It come in a pump bottle so you can chuck it in your purse so you can re-apply during the day as needed.
