If you have a child that is dealing with bullying then this might be the book for you and your child to read together. Mind you that a little bit into the book it does say "if she still believed in Santa", so if your child still believes this might not be the book, but for most tweens, they have already made up their mind to believe or not believe. 

With bullying getting more and more media we are finding it getting more and more out of hand. It is like all of the mean people have to outdo everyone else that was mean before them. I know many of these children learn from their parents but there are still many children who decide to be this way all on their own. 

Sadly most of those children become adult bullies as well, and history just repeats itself over and over again. Children need their parents are loved ones to be there for them and to guide their children to make the right choices in life so that when they grow up they will be able to be supportive community members.
