I have seen some awesome pictures from other bloggers about how great this product is, sadly I didn't take before and after pictures of my hair, my hair is a lot longer now so much so that I have to braid it so it doesn't get pulled out during the night while rolling over. I do need a good trim, it has been a few years, OK since the spring of 2012. My nails seem much stronger too.
