Seeing the cover of the book I was afraid all of the drinks were really green but they aren't so that settled my stomach a bit. Our favorites were the Sweet potato smoothie, Spicked pumpkin smoothies, and the chocolate fudge smoothie, yes I said chocolate. Don't think because you are eating healthy that there is no room for chocolate because there is always room for chocolate from my point of view anyways. 

There are a few more I want to try and some I haven't just because we don't have those ingredients on hand. I find that eating healthy is easier if you are able to find the ingredients in your house, and then as you get used to a new way of eating adding more of the ingredients you haven't tried or don't have on hand to your shopping lists. Start with something you know  and work from there. 

Smoothies were step one, the next thing I want to learn is how to juice for health.
