Cool relief fast

Ok so I don't workout all that much but when I do I really work up a sweat, and cooling down is a big way to keep feeling refreshed so you can workout longer. Having a cooling towel like this one from Furious Fitness is great to have on hand. You can use it for sports, exercise, work, or even on hot days when there is no air conditioner or fan in site. Also great for sunburns.

Just submerge in water, or even run under the tap, snap a few times and apply to area that needs to be cooled. This towel can be worn around neck, head, back, or even just used to wipe your face during and after exertion. 

Another great idea for this is for those who are going through menopause. I hear many older women who are going through it get hot flashes, well having this towel nearby might just cool them down during these very trying and uncomfortable times. 

I love to use this on hot nights when the power goes out to keep my family cool until the power is restored. I also like the included bag with clip so you can have it ready to use in a flash.

There is no part of the galaxy that is out of reach as the pair find themselves on a mission to save Pig from a far off cat-planet, attending a wild alien prom, on safari on the plains of Boovsland and in a deep sea battle in the depths of Lake Michigan. 

My children and even I loved watching the movie Home. I can't believe it is already time for Season 3. Time goes by so quickly when you have children. Taking time to have special moments with your children, reading, playing, talking, and even watching a show like this can leave a lifetime of memories that you and your child will treasure.

Feathers Everywhere

My daughter like myself prefers to wear French hooks over posts earrings. She has a nice pair of peacock hair clips that she already was given a year or more ago, so getting these earrings made her say hey they look like my hair clips. Sure enough they are both from the same company. Awesome, because they have lived up to lots of use over the time she has had them.

Growing up when I was a teen I always wanted my hair died to look like feathers. To me these earrings are even better because they blend in with your hair and can be taken off or on when the mood strikes.

These earrings were handcrafted like many of the items I see on their site. This means a bit of love have gone into each pair.

Bumble Road

One of my favorite ways to relax in the evening is to take a nice warm bath. While in the tub I usually read, watch a movie, or just sit back and unwind with a cup of tea. In my water I like to use bath oils, bubble baths, and Bath Bombs like these from Bumble Road. These Bath Bombs are made with epsom salts and essential oils for a nice relaxing scented bath.

Bath bombs are great because you can just add them to the water and they do all the work on their own. They are also fun to watch or play with while they are fizzing in the tub. These bath bombs do color the water slightly but so far have not stained my tub that is a big thing to take into consideration.

RXBAR Taste Test

I received complimentary RXBAR products to facilitate my review as part of an incentivized sampling for Crowdtap. All opinions are my own.

I love being able to try out new products for free and one way to do that is through companies like Crowdtap. This time we were able to try out RXBAR for kids, although I assure you grownups an eat them too. 

The first thing I notices is the short list of ingredients which is great for us moms who are watching what goes into our children's bodies. I am also on the lookout for allergens to keep my daughter who is allergic to certain things, and this bar passed the test each time. 

Our family decided to have a taste test so we opened all three flavors we were sent, Berry Blast, Chocolate Chip, and Apple Cinnamon Raisin. We then cut the each into three pieces and commences trying each and every one.

The chocolate chip was ok but a little bitter, while the Apple Cinnamon Raisin was really strong on the cinnamon flavor we all thought they could boost the apple flavor in this one. As for the Berry Blast there were no complaints or suggestions. Berry Blast won first place hands down.

Verdict is my kids want to try out more flavors so our next trip out we are picking up more.
