Air Bar Exercise

This is a new and fresh idea to me for exercise. All you need is the DVD but if you want to amp up your work out you can add a 40 in dowel or rod, different kinds of wood will give you different weight. You can even grab a broom or mop with head removed. You want to optimally have a rod with a diameter between 7/8 and 1 inch.

Of course I am still at the no dowel stage but my husband is working on cutting down one of our poles for me to use in the upcoming weeks. Here is to a new exercise and to a healthier you.

Are Dog Shock Collars Humane?

Years ago my sister in law has a shock collar for one of her dogs which liked to bark a lot. I had never personally seen a shock collar before and had thought they were a bit in humane.
