Air Bar Exercise

This is a new and fresh idea to me for exercise. All you need is the DVD but if you want to amp up your work out you can add a 40 in dowel or rod, different kinds of wood will give you different weight. You can even grab a broom or mop with head removed. You want to optimally have a rod with a diameter between 7/8 and 1 inch.

Of course I am still at the no dowel stage but my husband is working on cutting down one of our poles for me to use in the upcoming weeks. Here is to a new exercise and to a healthier you.

Silicone baking cups

Like many others I have found that silicone can make life a bit easier, with baking it is a Godsend. My baking comes out great, tasted wonderful, clean up easy, and I am keeping things out of the dumps.

I really like the bright colors much better then the plan red sets others had years ago. I have a lot of girls so they like girly colors and Sunsella does that for us.

A little thing we do is put the oven on 250 and take broken crayons and put them in the cups about 1/3 of the way up and put in the over until just melted, We then take them out let them cool completely, pop them out once cooled and your children have multi colored crayons or you could use the same colors.

Having children means lots of messes and lots of germs. I like my children to clean their hands often to keep me from getting sick as I have a weak immune system as when they are going to be putting anything near their face.

Are Dog Shock Collars Humane?

Years ago my sister in law has a shock collar for one of her dogs which liked to bark a lot. I had never personally seen a shock collar before and had thought they were a bit in humane.
