One Natural Sleep Aid

Usually I don't have a hard time falling to sleep but it does happen from time to time and in the past I have just either taken a bath, read a book, watched a movie, cleaned house, or just tossed and turned trying to get to sleep.

I do have a daughter though that since she was a baby would be up all night until the wee hours of the morning, and then be up bright and early and take no naps. She still does this at the age of 11. She doesn't make messes so we kind of just let it go. 

My husband and I kept hearing about Melatonin and finally asked our Dr. if it would be a safe option to try with our daughter. He had us start out with a small dose  and told us to try it for a couple of weeks. Most people don't realize this is not meant to be taken every day it is just supposed to be taken long enough to reset your bodies sleep schedule. 

So here I am with this bottle of Natural Sleep X - The All-in-One Natural Sleep Aid waiting for a night where I can't get to sleep. Well lets just say that I have been in pain since I got it and have not been able to try it out first hand, because by the end of the day I am so tired i go right to sleep, although my husband says every time I roll over I cry out in pain. Another reason is that I was already taking pain medication and a muscle relaxer did not want to add any thing else to mix. 

Since I didn't actually take it I can't give it a bad or good review but what I can say about Natural Sleep X - The All-in-One Natural Sleep Aid is that is made in the USA, I do plan to use this evening since I haven't taken any pain medication today, and hope to report back that it did a good job. Of course I am not sure it is something that takes a while to work or something that works right away so give me about two weeks to put updates below on how it is working.

Tweezers for Ingrown Hair

To be honest I didn't really know what to expect, the pictures just do not do the Simply Essentials Tweezers for Ingrown Hair justice, they are much more detailed then you'd expect. I don't have ingrown hairs, at least I haven't yet, but I do have a albino hair that grows out of the middle of my forehead. As in it isn't there one day and the next day it is like three inches long. 

I hate to admit it but I also have one little blonde whisker that is near the corner of my lip on the right side. Ordinary tweezers only pull more hairs then I need to, these can get one hair at a time which works for my albino and one whisker wonderfully. 

My husband has a few ingrown hairs and he finally let me take care of them since they were under his arm on his side where he can't see to get them. Not only did they take them out but they didn't cause him any pain. Win win for us.

Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle

I was personally really excited to review the Hydracentials Sporty 25 oz Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle . Between all of the years of sports with our 6 children we have gone through our fair share of water bottles, and every time I find a good one for myself they seem to disappear never turning up again.

We no longer try to buy expensive water bottles for the kids, because someone always loses them or they get stolen.I have bought "steel" water bottles before but they always seem to sweat so much and leave big wet puddles behind, that I gave up on them.

With a bit of skepticism I tried the Hydracentials Sporty 25 oz Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle. The first thing I did was load it up and put it our sweltering hot car. half  hour goes by no sweat, an hour goes by no sweat. I open the water bottle to get a drink during the soccer game and what do you know, nice cold refreshing water. 

The best part about this water bottle is that it has a wide mouth so I can put ice into the chamber to keep my water extra cold. Most of the metal water bottles out there have a tiny holes that you can hardly get running water in never mind being able to clean it properly. There is no problem cleaning this water bottle. What we do is wash it out when we are done with it for the day and let it air dry, and it is ready to go again in the morning. 

I only found one downfall, it is not suitable for hot liquids so even though I love this bottle I am still on the lookout for a bottle this size that will hold hot liquids and keep them hot. My husband would have taken one of these if it held hot liquids, because unlike what the company said above, my husband likes to drink his coffee with a straw in the car. 

When most people think of a straw they think of a straw that goes all the way to the bottom, with this water bottle the straw is only in the cap so you still tilt your bottle to drink.

For an extra fee you can get a insulated sleeve and two straw cleaners. To keep the bottle from being dented, scratched, or dinged I suggest using the insulated Sleeve.

I am not sure where to start because our family liked so many of the recipes. The best part is that most of the recipes were made from ingredients we already had on hand, and talk about quick and easy. Here are the names of three recipes our family enjoyed.
