Rolling out Muscle Pain

First it was dance lessons then some spicy drinks with salsa, now it is muscle rollers what else will DanceCrazy come out with? I don't know but I know where they get Crazy from.

I had expected this roller to be more on the soft side but found it was very hard. This isn't bad just not what I expected. Each orange and black part rolls independently so that this stick will roll over your body evenly. I found unless I was doing the back of my legs I really needed someone to help me out, maybe they make longer sticks for some companies or maybe it is because I am on the taller size, or bigger size if you go by weight.

This does do a great job with help, although my husband found this much better for his needs then I did. Like I said I thought it was soft. I have bad kidneys and a bleeding disorder so hard massages are out, but this is a great gift for anyone who doesn't have these problems,

Love the colors, the independently rolling sections, and don't forget the strap which makes this easy to store away on a hook, door knob, etc.

You can find the Dance Crazy Muscle Roller on Amazon.

The DanceCrazy Premium Massage Rolling Stick is going to feel great, rolling over your tired, sore, or overworked muscles. You'll love the way this feels!

We really went all out with great materials, a heavy, solid feel, and great overall quality.
We're dancers, we love massage, and it shows.

Replacing your Yoga Mat Strap

First of all let me say you can lose your mat strap. My daughters took them out to do yoga on the ground outside. When they were done just the mats came in no sign of the straps at all. Yes they lost two straps.

Luckily you can find yoga mat straps on the internet for sale. There are some great choices out there with FiveFourTen being one of them. This has a adjustable fit so it will fit both thin and thick mats alike, with our without your yoga towel attached.

I was able to get the Purple one and it really has a nice contrast against my black mat. I am happy, and for now on  when the girls borrow the mats they have to give me the straps as soon as they take them off.

Agility is key to sports

When I first recieved this I thought it was a emergency ladder, but quickly figured out it was a agility ladder, which is used to help accelerate speed, accuracy, and change of direction. Great for children who are playing sports, athletes wanting to improve their performance.

My girls are going to be doing this on their off days from sports for the year to keep them active during the winter so they are ready for the next sport on their list.

Kind of reminds me of the tires you had to run through growing up in school.

You can find the Ohuhu agility ladder on Amazon.
