All you have to do is put in 4 D batteries which are NOT included, and you are on your way to fun. I also use this for calling the kids to dinner when they are outside playing.
Great for teachers, coaches, and to use at events. Easy to use and works great. I love that the handle folds for storage and that there is a wrist strap.
