Calming Ocean Waves

I have never personally been to the ocean and it is on my bucket list to do so sometime before I leave this earth, but until then my sister send me pictures when she visits the ocean and I can listen to Calming Ocean Waves when I am feeling stressed out.

I can listen to this while I am doing yoga, meditating, and even trying to get to sleep. Very soothing. This would even be great for children having a hard time getting to sleep. This is 60 minutes long which means it is long enough for pretty much anyone to fall asleep too. A new favorite to my relaxation CD's.

You can find Calming Ocean Waves on Amazon.

Instrumental Lullaby CD

I was one of those mothers who read to my baby in the womb as well as listened to music with them in my womb. I sang to them as infants, and matter of fact still do to my older children as well as my grand daughters.

Singing is one thing that has always helped calm and relax our children. This music CD is great because the rhythm is like that of a resting heartbeat, like a calm mother humming to her child.

Very comforting for both mother and child. I can tell you this put me and my 7 year old to sleep and can not wait to share it with my grand daughters the next time they are over for a visit. The last time I facetimed with my daughter and grand daughters I sang them some of their favorite songs that I would sing to them when I was taking care of them.

Your child hears your voice the whole time they are in the womb so don't be afraid our singing voice is not up to snuff because to a child just hearing your voice is sometimes all they need to be able to drift back off to slumber, if you don't want to chance it with your voice there are CD's like this one that can help you out and be there when you can't be there to sing to them.

You can find this Instrumental Lullaby CD on Amazon.

ARE NIGHT TIMES AND NAP TIMES CHALLENGING FOR YOUR BABY?Are you looking for peaceful lullaby music but don't want to hear Twinkle, Twinkle for the thousandth time? The original music on this CD can help.

Ryan Judd, a board-certified music therapist with a master's degree in psychology, has developed these modern lullabies specifically to help bring you and your little one into a deep, restful sleep.

These instrumental guitar compositions are based on the most recent research that shows the positive effects of music on sleep.

The soothing ocean waves create a womb-like sound experience and produce white noise to drown out household sounds. This evidence-based music creates the rhythm of a resting heartbeat which can help you both relax, fall asleep and sleep soundly.

This CD includes:

1. Modern Lullabies composed by a board certified music therapist

2. A soothing ocean track that continues throughout the entire CD and between tracks so there aren't any breaks or silence between songs.

3. All of the tracks are played at the rhythm of the resting heart rate.
