Even though we don't use this massager the traditional way, it comes in great use. I have fibromyalgia and this is light enough for me to be able to use the vibrations on my shoulders, ribs, legs, and elbow areas.
We have larger body massagers but the weight alone tires me out and leaves me in more pain then when I began.
