Our family happens to prefer an indoor grill so that I can grill without a chance of having a fire. Well I haven't had one since grilling inside anyways. We have a favorite grill that we replace every so many years because we wear it out. Ours turns over so that I have a griddle side as well. This side doesn't wear as fast but the grill side does.
