This is the third Garcinia Cambogia I have tried and for the most part they work the same but this one says it averages a 5.4% weight loss within 8 weeks with no other changes in your life. I am not near 8 weeks yet but the scales is still going down, so that is the way I like it. .
Most say to take it 30 minutes before meals which is what I like to do with a glass of water but you only do this twice a day. Me I am not good with medication if I have to take it more then once a day, still trying to find the perfect pill dispenser so that I won't forget to my medication but that hasn't happened yet.
I like that they are FDA registered and hope that they become approved in the next few years. Remember check with your Dr. before trying any new medication to make sure it is the right choice for you.
