Organic Seaweed Powder for Youthful Skin

As most of my readers know I really like to do facial masks, and I am thinking about delving into body wraps once I get the OK from my Dr. that is. Until recently I just bought the premixed facial masks, but I have to say that I am happy with the results of Powdered Seaweed.

With Azara Organics it is a one to two ratio. One power to two parts water. In the video below I use 1 teaspoon of powder and two tea spoons of water. I also added in 5 drops of Peppermint essential oil, you might want to try 3 drops at first to make sure that it is not too strong for you.

I left on for 15 minutes then washed off with a cool washcloth, following with a facial moisturizer. My face feel silky smooth. So powder is the way to go for me from now on when I purchase facial masks.

Leave in Hair Protector

I have been using a leave in conditioner for years, as in way back when I was a teenager. I use a leave in conditioner in the summer months to protect my hair from sun, water during swimming, and pretty much anytime I will be going outside.

Without using a leave in conditioner my blonde hair can really take a beating from the sun. Sure it looks sun kissed, but it isn't for the better. The sun is great for growing things but not good for my body or hair in the long run.

I am more of a hot day stay in the shade kind of girl but if I am out in the sun I know my hair will be protected for the day. I just spray this in after I shower, comb through and style as usual. Easy as pie.
