This has got to be one of the best pieces of organization for traveling I have ever seen. I have this in red and love it. The Dot & Dot 15 inch Packing Organizer comes with a plastic folder with directions on how to fold a shirt. If you are packing more then one think thin poster board and use the plastic instruction sheet as a template. 

When it is part way opened it looks like this and is fasted with velcro. You can pack quite a few shirts in this before running out of room.
