Weather to Wear is an app that lets you know how windy it will be outside so you know if it is safe to wear a skirt or dress. A cute app for those who wear dresses or skirts often. When I was growing up wearing pants didn't happen often as we wore skirts or dresses because of our religion. On cold days you wore stocking, or leggings underneath, but for those windy spring and summer days this would have been great to have so we cold have worn knickers under our skirts.  

Weather to Wear wanted me to run a giveaway for their app but the app is free to everyone so I am not sure how they want me to do it other then offering the app here on my site.
