Hot yoga mat towels are quite new to me but are quickly becoming my new favorite friend. Especially during the summer when just doing easy poses had me sweating all over the place.

To be honest it wasn't until I hit my late 30's that I had ever even sweat other than when I broke a fever as a child. Really so when I started to sweat I was kind of excited because I knew my body was having exertion.

What a great Yoga Mat Towel this is. It has a non slip surface on one side and a soft towel on the other side. Can be machine washed with darks and hung to dry. Easy to use and fits my large yoga mat so I am very happy.

Yoga Towel

Growing up I did yoga without a mat or any of the other fancy stuff but I have to say I really love the Yoga towels. They are soft, give you more cushion when doing poses, and really soak up the sweat while you are moving around.

Yoga and meditation go hand in hand when I do my poses. It is time for just me, unless one of my children join along, I never discourage them from joining in because I want them to find balance in their lives as well.
