To be honest it wasn't until I hit my late 30's that I had ever even sweat other than when I broke a fever as a child. Really so when I started to sweat I was kind of excited because I knew my body was having exertion.
I love how this towel has triangle pockets on the opposite side so that my mat fits right inside. Now if I am in a hurry I can just roll the mat with towel up and on my way I go.
