It has a nice tie that you can tie around your neck so the pillow doesn't fall but to be honest I don't see much of a need for it because the pillow fits just right around your neck and doesn't fall back like others I have seen.
Great for traveling by train, bus, plane, or car. If you are lucy enough not to be the driver then lay back and get some rest.
