We have had the pleasure of trying out several different Copper Mule Mugs over the last few months and I have a new love for these cups. I used to collect brass products but have found that I like the copper products better.

What I like most is that our family can drink out of these mugs. We don't use them for liquor, but we do use them for root beer floats for the little ones, and cold water or tea during the day.

As a large family and one that enjoy music on a daily basis, we do all have our favorites, so headphones are needed, Headphones are something our family goes through quite often. We need headphones that have great sound with a low ticket price. Curve by Sentey happens to be one of these brands, which have awesome sound for a whole lot less then their competition.

Air Bar Exercise

This is a new and fresh idea to me for exercise. All you need is the DVD but if you want to amp up your work out you can add a 40 in dowel or rod, different kinds of wood will give you different weight. You can even grab a broom or mop with head removed. You want to optimally have a rod with a diameter between 7/8 and 1 inch.

Of course I am still at the no dowel stage but my husband is working on cutting down one of our poles for me to use in the upcoming weeks. Here is to a new exercise and to a healthier you.
