I like it dark when I sleep while my husband likes a light on as well as the fan for white noise. The fan is fine with me as I like the cool breeze while sleeping, but I do not like the lights and have used many eye masks over the years. MarksvilleandMe reviews Yoga Design Lab Premium Yoga Mat w/Strap

I have done yoga on and off since I was about 6 or so years of age, but one thing I have never owned was a Yoga Mat. One because I didn't know where to get one, two I didn't know what kind to get when I did find them, and three they never seemed long enough.

I have to say that the Yoga Design Lab - Premium Yoga Mat w/ Strap is long enough. Finally something made for those that are on the taller side as well as on the bigger side. I am in no way thin but it doesn't change me wanting to stay as flexible as possible. Fibromyalgia keeps me from doing exercise on a regular basis because of the pain, but on good days you will find me walking, cleaning, cooking, and if time permits, getting down on the mat to keep my body as nimble as possible.

I have quite a lot of knee problem and even though this mat is thick it is still not think enough to lessen the pain in my legs when my Fibromyalgia is bothering that area of my body. I find that just putting the mat onto another soft rug helps out even more when I have pain from my Fibromyalgia. The more I can move or stretch the more weight I lose and the better I feel about my health so that I can spend time with my family for years to come.

Ballroom Dancing Mastery System (7 DVD Set) Review + Giveaway

The Ballroom Dancing Mastery System (7 DVD Set) is great for beginners. Do not let the Mastery part scare you. It is just to let you know that you can master ballroom dancing. I have always loved to dance and most of the dances I know I learned from others. Most of the dances I know are from line dancing, but I have always wanted to learn to dance in a more classical way.

Ballroom Dancing could not be much more classical so here I am learning how to ball room dance. I grab my girls to help out when they can. I am really thinking about getting one of those blow up dolls to dance with. My husband would be my partner, but he had a leg injury almost 2 years ago that prevents him from joining in with me.

I just think Ballroom Dancing is so graceful. Since getting Ballroom dancing from this company I have learned that they have many other dance instruction videos to choose from. I think I would like to give swing dancing a try in the future.

"Escapes - Music For Relaxing" Review + Giveaway

"Escapes - Music For Relaxing" by Jeff Gold is great to use while doing stretches, yoga, and meditation. For those who work outside of the home this would be great to unwind on the drive home from work. Kind of like decompressing after a long day so you are ready to enjoy your family when you get home.

This would be great to go to sleep to for either child or adult. My husband and I both use a fan for white noise while we sleep, and since I use meditation to put myself to sleep when I can't get to sleep, this would be a great alternative or addition to what we already do to fall to sleep.

I first listened to this in the car when I was driving to my job, but have since used it while I did my yoga poses, and while meditating. Awesome music for relaxing to, and even having in the background during dinner. Calming and enjoyable.

I am going to try this with my children and see if it helps them drift off to sleep a little earlier at night. This is my next experiment and one that I hope works as I have a 12 year old that can stay up till 2AM and be up by 6AM ready for the day. Her body needs more sleep. Here is to healthier sleep for my daughter and a more relaxed life for our whole family.
