Easy Peasy Lemon Squishy

I am sure most families or at least the kids have heard of squishy's. Our girls love them and our grand daughter loves them as well. Even I like to give them a squish from time to time. I like them better then stress relief balls because they squish easier and don't leave me in pain after.

This one is 4.3 and is JUMBO way bigger then the actual fruit. This huge lemon even smells a bit like citrus.  Super easy to squish and it has a somewhat slow rise to is. Some like squishy's that bounce back quickly others like them to go a bit slower. This is on the slower side but not the slowest I have seen.

So far it has help up to lots of squishing. We have had other brands that the color seems to peel off of. We haven't had to deal with that in this one as of yet. If you are looking for something fun to give as a gift, or just want to relieve some stress this might be worth checking out. You can see it being squished and coming back to shape on my instagram here.

Fun Cat ball Toy

Having had small pets throughout my lifetime we have been through our share of toys. From extra large toys for our Saint Bernard to tiny toys for our hamsters and birds. Most of the time though our home has been filled with Kitty toys, but none quite like this.

This is a hard ball that rattles, is covered by twine, with an attached cord and feather.  It has sound, sight, and texture to keep your kitty entertained. Myself I wouldn't use this for a dog that likes to chew but I would use this for a ferret they would enjoy this very much.

I know lots of kitties that will have a ball with this. It can be found at my affiliate link below.

PRINCESS TENT

Very cute and much larger than expected. Perfect for my girls and my grand daughters to play in. My daughter likes to have tea parties inside, cuddle up with her dolls while reading, and sometimes even falling asleep in her little castle.

Great for both inside and outside play use. Easy to put together but may be too hard for a child to put together on their own.

4 extendable poles are what hold the shape up. Come with a bag to store the 4 poles in as well as the tent. just grasp both side of the circle and make a figure 8 with your hands and it will fold right up to fit inside of the bag. Bag has zipper and handles for travel, storage, and convenience.

We have had a few like this but none quite this big before. We have had pop up tent structures before and they are really fun to have around for children to play in. Great gift idea, or a finishing touch to your little Princess's room.

You can find this Princess Tent on Amazon.

What Click n' Play has to say about their product.
Pink Princess Castle is an adorable gift for all girls. Fast and easy set up/breakdown with no tools required. The lightweight tent with a zipper carry bag is great for indoor or outdoor use. Its small size is easy to fit in compact home or kids room. The play tent can be folded flat for convenient storage when it is not in use.

Loving the Rainforest

We are not new to Click-A-Brick. Matter of fact they have become a new favorite. My favorite creation from the Rain Forest series is the Snake.

Our children love to mix and match the colors from the different sets to make even more colorful creations.

Some of my favorites are the dinosaur our daughter made as well as the replica of our family.

As a parent I like toys that are both fun and educational.

You can find the Rainforest Click-A-Brick on Amazon.

What Click-A-Brick has to say about their product.
The Click-A-Brick Rainforest Rascals set is an educational building block set for children aged 4 and up. What makes this product unique is the way the blocks connect to each other. Rather than connecting in just one way, Click-A-Brick's can be connected from all sides and corners; even forming diagonal lines.

This way of building helps children improve motor and dexterity skills as well as their spatial reasoning. The Dino Pals set comes with instructions on how to build an Iguana. The other rascals - Snake, Frog, Cameleon, Turtle - are pictured on the instruction sheet. There are no directions on how to build those because they are supposed to challenge the child to create them on their own after they learn how to make the Iguana. Parental interaction is highly encouraged to better facilitate learning - not to mention some great 1-on-1 time with your child.

Click-A-Brick also helps nurture a child's imagination and creativity by allowing them to build anything they can think of - in 3D. Many different shapes and creations can be made, spurring the child's imagination further with each one. The product is very durable as well; where the child can actually play with the creation they made - or quickly disassemble it to make another.

Creative good fun

Our children love the Click-A-Brick Building blocks. This is our third set and each time they are able to build what is suggested as well as adding to their brick collection to make other creations.

These are the kind of toys I like to see my children playing with. Something they create with their own minds, or even by following directions. Both are learning opportunities for your children.

Love the colors and how many ways the pieces can be put together. I am always happy to see what they have made.

Wedgnetix

Our family received the 16 pc set. The directions come with projects for the both 16 and 32 pieces so if you would like to go right into building 32 piece designs make sure you pick up the bigger kit.

You can purchase the Wedgnetix here, at Target, and Amazon.

What WEDGiTS has to say about their product.
ImagAbility, makers of the original international building block brand, WEDGiTS™, today announced that its newest attraction, WEDGNETiX™, magnetic WEDGiTS, are now available. Perfect for Back to School learning as well as early holiday shopping season.
The amazing new WEDGNETiX (MSRP $39.99 and $69.99 for 16-piece and 32-piece sets) unlocks a new construction potential of WEDGiTS building block toys.

WEDGNETiX were created to add even more open ended play patterns for children.  With WEDGNETiX, a child, or adult, can explore complex geometry and greater visual appreciation for 2D to 3D relationships. It sounds technical, but it is really just fun and kids don’t realize how educational it is.

The unique part about WEDGNETiX is the amazing building process it provides. With WEDGNETiX, you can create original 2D designs that include a square, a rectangle and a hexagon. This is accomplished through the WEDGNETiX design that has a magnet within each component.  Specifically, each WEDGNETiX bar has an embedded magnet on one end and a metal cap on the opposite end. This allows two WEDGNETiX bars to fully rotate around each other for a 360-degree rotation. With WEDGNETiX, you can rotate one half of a hexagon upward to reveal a 3D representation of a hexagon.

WEDGNETiX do not require instructions like other popular building block products. WEDGNETiX follow the WEDGiTS toy line in that it’s open-ended design allows kids to create freely. ImagAbility does provide design ideas for kids to progress from 2D into 3D constructions, however, there isn’t any “only one way to do things” step-by-step instruction.

ImagAbility points out the extreme safety of WEDGNETiX:
A key criterion in the engineering design of the WEDGNETiX bar relieves any consumer safety concern. Each bar is a two-sided construction that has a male and a female component. When the two parts mate together they literally sandwich the cylindrical magnet between the parts. The plastic parts, made of an extremely strong ABS plastic, are pulled together, which basically melds the plastic into a single component. In addition, ImagAbility clearly identifies caution on the front of each package, that WEDGNETiX contains magnets. The product is tested and in compliance to the USA’s CPSIA and international ASTM FM963 certification.

About WEDGiTS:
The basic set of WEDGiTS building block toys resemble square donuts and diamonds with angled edges.  The five, primary pieces of the WEDGiTS toy are graduated in size, so, the blocks actually nest together and stack into the shape of a pyramid.  Mathematicians refer to these block shapes as rhombus and octahedrons.  Each block is a different primary color, so, you can imagine a rainbow effect of color in each design a child builds. The design of each block naturally aligns in both vertical and horizontal patterns for an open-ended manipulative.

In addition to WEDGNETiX and various traditional WEDGiTS sets, other products in the WEDGiTS line include, WEDGiTS on Wheels (WOW) and Mini WEDGiTS™, as well as WEDGiTS school activity packs, building table platforms and other accessories.

The award-winning WEDGiTS line has earned ImagAbility honors in Parenting Magazine, Toy Insider, and Learning Magazine, as well as awards and honors from the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio, National Parenting Publications of America, Mom’s Choice, National Parenting Center, Parents Choice, Dr. Toy, and Able Play’s Special Needs Approval.

Let your children pretend to cook

This is such a cute set. Like I said in my video I have never seen a spaghetti spoon in a kids set before so this is my favorite piece.  For my 7 years old she loves that this looks just like the set mommy has and the pot holder is also one of her favorite pieces.

This set would be great for home or school use. I think Kitchen centers are just one of the biggest and nicer toys to have for an inside toy for your children. This is where children learn to plan and make meals.

The introduce their dolls or friends playing to new foods that they sometimes are trying on their own. Hey if their doll likes it they might eat it the next time it is served to them. Realistic playware like this set here is a great addition to the kitchen center.

My daughter loves to bring me bowls of homemade pretend soup she has made, new pastries, tea, as well as all other sorts of foods for me to try. I love that this set is so close to the real thing but in a child size.

Click-A-Brick

There isn't often another kind of building brick comes along that both child and adult like. Click a brick is one of those kinds of bricks.

I found that these don't hurt my hands as much as other building bricks which makes playing with my children a little easier. Not that I don't love the old kind of building brick because I do. They are just easier to put together and take apart.

Love the bright colors as well as the versatility of the bricks being put into different creations.

You can purchase Click a Brick here or on Amazon.

What Click A Brick has to say about their product.
The Click-A-Brick Feather Friends set is an educational building block set for children aged 4 and up. What makes this product unique is the way the blocks connect to each other. Rather than connecting in just one way, Click-A-Brick's can be connected from all sides and corners; even forming diagonal lines.

This way of building helps children improve motor and dexterity skills as well as their spatial reasoning. The Feather Friends set comes with instructions on how to build a parrot. The other birds - toucan, flamingo, cockatiel, and kingfisher - are pictured on the instruction sheet. There are no directions on how to build those because they are supposed to challenge the child to create them on their own after they learn how to make the parrot.

We are looking for parents to review this item, as we feel that would be the best demographic. However, we will entertain others who are not parents if we feel their blog aligns with our product.
