Stainless Steel Step Trash Can

Love this trash can although I wouldn't mind having a larger one for my kitchen this works great for our bathroom. We will be using this for our bathroom compostable products such as dryer lint, toilet paper tubes, hair, etc.

Also would work great in a home office, or even in a bedroom. The can is a 3 gallon size with a inside removable pail with handle. Great for easy recycling, or in our case composting. Easy remove pail is also easy to clean.

Step Trash Cans are great for lower garbage cans like this because you don't have to bend down to open up the top to get your trash, recyclable material, or compost in side. Lightweight so you don't have to worry about moving anything heavy around.

Composting Made Easy

We compost our products, from kitchen waste, dryer lint, newspapers, leaves, garden plants at the end of the season, etc. With that we have been building a compost pile which we use for our garden.
Most people who compost will have a bowl or container on their kitchen counter or somewhere near to store their compostable products.

In the summer months you deal with fruit flies, smells, etc if the bowl or container is not emptied out daily or washed. Our daughter would usually take out the bowl when it was pretty much overflowing which in the summer she would be reminded with fruit flies, and a very yucky smell.

When I saw this compost pail we just had to give it a try. and try it we did. Heaven pure heaven. Has a pretty big area for storage so it can last a few days depending on kitchen use, a sturdy handle for carrying it back and forth to the compost pile. No more broken handles from the ice cream containers we were using.

This also has a top that keeps out the fruit flies and other crawlies. It has a charcoal filter which keeps smells pretty much none existent. I love that it has a top because now my daughter knows if the top doesn't fit on then it needs to be emptied. No more overflowing bowls on my counter.

Last but not least this looks great on my counter top. No more ugly bowls or ice cream containers. This compost pail truly fits our family to a tee.
