I think everyone has either dealt with an hypochondriac or at least known one in their life time. Children as they learn about sickness and disease will sometimes think that if they have one symptom they have a certain disease or sickness. Some people will let it consume their life and it can create great Social and Mental roadblocks in their lives. 

With Hippochondriac you can read this to a child, although I myself felt it quite hard to follow so not sure how much a child would enjoy this or even understand it, but for a older tween or an adult it would be a much better understood read. 

The pictures were geared toward a child while the writing is geared toward a grownup. This book would make a good copy for Doctors and the like to have in their office.

Santamedical Adult Deluxe Aneroid Sphygmomanometer Review

One thing every medical kit should have is a Sphygmomanometer, or Blood Pressure Cuff. We have always wanted one but have put it off for years. Now all I need is a stethoscope and we will be all set. Having a Sphygmomanometer makes me feel more at ease as my husband and I age I know pretty soon we just might need to have one of these. 

So far we have good hearts, no cholesterol problems, and great blood pressure, but surely with age that has to change, although I would like to keep everything like it is except for maybe our weight which we are working on.

Xylitol Sweetner Review & Giveaway

 As a blogger I get to try out lots of products, and one of my favorite are the foods. This time our family was able to try out Xylitol, if that sounds familiar to you thin sugar free gum that is good for your teeth, you know the kind Dentists recommend.
