The Japanese Konjac Sponge - Activated Bamboo Charcoal Natural Facial Cleanser

Ever since I was a teenager I have enjoyed trying new products to wash my face with. The Japanese Konjac sponge is one of the newer items I have used and it is fantastic. Although the one I am reviewing today was given to my daughter to use as she has had a lot of break outs on both her face and back, so I wanted to get her something gentle but effective. 

I enjoy my Japanese Konjac sponge although it is a different form, they currently have 6 kinds available, which you can find on their site (the link is below), I thought this would be a great way to start her off on top of the cleanser she is using.

I love how it transforms from a hard product into this soft fluffy sponge, it is amazing and never gets old. If you have children make sure they are around when you transform yours so they can see the difference a little water can make. Before the Konjac sponge I was a big Sea Sponge fan, not that I still don't love it but I have a new fondness for the Japanese Konjac Sponge that can't compare.

Family wall decal

Being a big family, I love to have lots of photos hanging up, sadly since we moved here about 8 years ago, we haven't had many up, most of them are still packed away. Why you ask? Because even though I am thankful for this big old farm house we live in, the walls sadly can not hold a picture. 

So I have been dreaming of the day when we will have a place to put the pictures while planning out how all of the pictures will hang, Pinterest is a great place to find ideas for how to arrange pictures. One of the posts I liked included having the words Family somewhere mixed in with the photos.

Bellaboo Chocolate Mask For Tweens and Teens

I love to tell my readers about great products, but my children love to help out with some of the reviews as well. Bellaboo Sweet Sin Chocolate Face Mask could not have come at a better time. It is still very much winter here and tonight we are getting what looks like an ice storm. My husband said the roads were pretty bad and he traveled all of the main roads to get home instead of taking backroad shortcuts.

We did a little spa night which my girls love, we try to do something special a few times a week depending on how healthy I am at the time being. Once the mask dried my daughter went up to take a shower and wash the mask off.

She came running down after the shower because she wanted everyone to feel how soft and smooth her face was, well she is sold, and she doesn't like just anything.

What I liked best which I didn't mention in my video is how this doesn't have sulphates or parabens in it. Sulphates my daughter is allergic to which is something I look for in food or medicine all of the time but didn't always check what we were putting on our bodies for the allergen.

Most people know by now we have a Saint Bernard name Princess Goliath, with a Saint Bernard comes lots of fur, dry skin, and stink.
