Muffins pop right out

This is our family's first silicone cupcake/muffin pan. I love how easy it is to pop out corn muffins, cupcakes, and other muffin shaped products.

Clean up is a snap just use some warm sudsy water and give a little wipe and the whole pan comes clean.

I love that this set came with the extras such as a basting brush, rubber spatula, and the cupcake liners, although I don't use cupcake liners unless the product being made goes out of our home, but they were very cute and perfect for Valentine's day which just passed.

Frazoni Silicone Baking Mat

There are a few things in my home that I have a lot of and silicone baking mats are one of those items. They are so useful, from baking, lining your microwave, using as a protector for your dining room table if you are eating family style, cutting cookies, decorating cookies, playing with play doh, the list goes on and on.

My husband even uses this to make his hot wings, no more ruined pans. The silicone mat cleans up quick as can be. We keep ours rolled up in a drawer in our kitchen island. Love these silicone mats. Makes life just that much easier.

Electronic Jumbo Digital Timer

This timer is great for many uses such as baking, house chores, reading time, etc.  Easy to use even for me.

Works with one AAA Battery. Has a countdown or count up timer with large numbers, has a magnetic back as well as a built in stand. You can hang this or even attach a cord so you can have this around your neck while waiting for your timer to go off.

It can also be clipped onto objects to keep it close at hand while in use. We keep ours on our refrigerator in between uses.

The only downfall I see is that there isn't an off switch so the battery is always in use, other then that this is perfect.

Wild Sweet Nibs

Love sweet nibs and these sweet nibs are sweet. Other nibs I have tried in the past were just bitter and unless you mixed them into recipes they weren't that good, but these Nibs are delicious.

I was also sent some wild chocolate that I mixed up with other ingredients for homemade hot chocolate. Yummy!

Sweet Nibs are a great item to add to your baking supplies and while you are at it you can snack on a handful while preparing your recipes.

Silicone mats are used quite often in our home first off to protect our pans, while keeping clean up to a minimum. I have several sheets so that I can take a batch of cookies out just by pulling the whole mat off and putting on another one full of cookies, Great way to cool your cookies while still having the next batch inside the oven. I have about 6 -8 pans ready at any given time during full blown baking season which starts right after the 13th of December which is the last Birthday in our home until close to Christmas. I like the last few days to be all about the Holiday dinner and being able to enjoy our guests.

Silicone baking sheets are non-stick, can be used on pans, or for when we make pies we just put a silicone baking sheet right on the racks to protect our oven from spills. Also great for use on the table  for when you are rolling out dough, making biscuits, or cutting out cookie shapes. So many uses for one item.

Baking Season must have

Baking season will be in full swing soon so my silicone baking mats will each have their day in the sun, well the oven anyways.

Silicone baking mats are my go to whenever we are baking treats for family and friends. These sheets are a bit large so you the best pan for their use is a 18 by 13 pan which is more of a professional size pan or jelly roll pan size if you will.

Bento box dividers

These little gems have so many uses from baking, making crafts, chocolate concoctions, sorting items, to making lunches look awesome and exciting.

You get 2 of each color in red, blue, green, pink, orange, and yellow. These look super cute in the bento style boxes I reviewed a while back.

The girls love grazing more than eating a whole meal while they are out and about so this works great for day camp, car trips, and playground runs for us.

I can put a little of this a little of that and they will be happy because they have an array of delectable morsels to choose from.

Silicone Lunch and Bento Box Dividers, 12 Pack of Vivid Colored Lunch Box Dividers

Take that square bento or lunch box, and divide it just however many times you please! Using the Cornucopia Brands silicone bento and lunch box dividers you can divide a square lunch box multiple times and keep food apart.

You can also take a common 3 compartment bento style lunch box, and add few of these to the large square compartment and get additional divided portions.

Many customers use these dividers as muffin baking cups as well, which is 100% safe and does work, in that we use food and high temperature safe BPA free silicone to construct these dividers. You can use these to bake, mold chocolate, freeze ice or homemade popsicles, among other activities. Although our dividers are slightly different in that they are a tad shorter in height than other molds specifically made for cupcakes, they do still work very well for cooking.

The Perfect Pair

Now this is something that I am really in love with. I can get my roasts ready, stick in my probe, set my iPad mini, plop the roast in the oven, and go about other things while waiting for my roast to reach the perfect temperature. 

Handy suction cup keeps it attached to the counter, the thermometer is attached to a cord that reaches into the oven with plenty of room to spare. The Meat claws are great for making shredded pork, chicken, or beef. Makes a job just a bit easier then using regular dinner forks.
