I have seen these before but have never been able to use them. My girls can use them much easier then I as I am still a little unsure about falling while using them but the girls can sure move on these sliders.

They can be used on both carpet and hardwood although we have only used ours on carpeted floors. I love that this comes with a book with ideas on how to use these sliders in the proper way.

Pretty soon I am sure I will be moving a bit better once I get to trust these little sliders with my life, but until then my girls are slip sliding away.
