My Thoughts:

You know the value of having a good light if you've ever had to struggle with a flashlight to see if dinner is done because it got dark before you were done grilling. What a great item, wish we had this years ago. When my husband would get home late at night he would always be outside grilling during the night and used a lead light to get it done.
