Are you looking for a cool new game to play that can be taken on vacation and takes up pretty much no room? Then this game from Blue Orange Games might be a good one to get. It comes with a travel bag to store the dice and directions in between play. This is great for on the go fun, vacations, game nights, sleep overs, etc. Think camp where electronic devices are not allowed. 

Easy to play, slotted for ages 8 plus. You just roll and decide if you want to risk it all and roll again or pass. I can see over time our family modifying the game a bit too. The only downside is that it is such a small game that we actually misplaced ours but I know we will find it sooner or later and when we do I will post better pictures of it played in action.

Do you often forget to take a dose of your medication or do you know someone who needs reminding? Then this item might be right for you. First of all I want to suggest that if there are children who will be in the home at any time that this be kept out of their reach. The lock is really easy to use. 

This Medicine reminder takes 2 AAA batteries which are not included. You set the alarm to go off up to 6 times but remember this is in Military time so you are able to set it correctly the first time. The directions are pretty straight forward although I think the 3 second is much more like 6 seconds if you ask me. 

I always remember my morning or night medication but often if and when I have to take something else like and antibiotic then I need a reminder to take those other doses, and this item has been keeping me on time for taking my medication. I recently had a part of my wisdom tooth break off, causing an infection, and then was pulled out. I am in the healing stages, stitches come out late next week. This item is so cute and can really be used at any age. It is made from 100% food grade silicone, is dishwasher safe, and is BPA free. This is great for babies learning to self feed, no more dishes or bowls thrown on the floor, great for toddlers, preschoolers, and even my nine year old daughter enjoys eating out of this because her foods stay separated. 

This is easy washes by hand or in a dishwasher, and so far has stood up to lots of use. Available in both blue and pink. What I love about this product is that it doesn't slip around when placed on a flat surface.

My daughters are in love with these makeup sponges so I had to find more at a good price to make everyone happy including getting myself a new set. Even my 9 year old wants one and she doesn't even wear makeup, she just knows the other girls love them so that should mean she wants one too. Funny how children think.

I love that this set comes with 3 full eggs and 3 eggs with a flat side. I love the flat eggs for getting near to my eyes, lips, ears etc, while the full eggs are used all over my face and neck. Very soft to use on your delicate facial skin.

Remember to wet your sponge so it does not soak up so much makeup that it is wasting it. You will see the sponges are bigger and soften once used in the right way. When I told my daughter they are meant to be wet when used she was amazed and has said it made a big difference in how the product goes on, as well as using a lot less of her product to do the same job she was doing dry.

My girls were eyeing these markers as soon as they came in but I quickly told them they are going to be used for my new planner that starts in August 2017. I know I will end up letting them use them at some point but I want to get my play time in first.

Having children who love music and social media is a full time job. From having to set rules to checking to make sure your rules are being followed. I didn't use this Instapeel for my face but I did use it on my feet. The camera really didn't pick up that much of a difference could be the day I am holding my foot but they sure do feel smoother.

Instapeel is super easy to use. Just hop in the shower or bath and let skin get moist for at least 5 minutes and then open your packet up and put a little on your fingertips. Once on skin then rub back and forth till skin stops peeling. What I like most about this item is that it only attacks dead skin and not the new skin that is already there. This was a big concern for me and the reason why I used it on my feet first instead of my face.

To be honest besides using facial products and masks I am still concerned with using something like this on my face but after seeing tons of videos etc I would go with this form over all others at this time. This can be used on your face, feet, elbows, knees, etc.

I am going to give one of these packs to my husband to use on his elbows and hope to update at a later time the difference before and after for those as well. It will be interesting to see.

Being a women having 4 girls we go through a lot of tweezers. Mainly because they end up going missing but for some reason when they come in a case like this they always seem to stay some what easy to find.

Kitty messes no more

Having inside kitties mean taking care of the cat box and all the mess it involves. This is where a cat litter mat comes in handy. Before we had a litter mat our kitties would trail little crumbles from the litter box from the kitchen into the living room and then on whoever they decided to lay on. 

With a cat litter mat like this one from from Leokis which comes in three colors coffee, beige, and grey, most if not all of the mess will be deposited onto the mat. What I like about this mat next to the others we have is that it has swirls which really help catch everything. 

The mat is easy to clean as well we just take it out side and hit it a few times like they used to do to clean rugs along time ago. Then we just replace and it is ready to use again. If it gets really dirty I suggest doing the same to get as much debris as possible and then hosing off and letting it air dry. 

When you get this mat is is rolled up and you may need a little help getting it to lay flat, which is easily done by covering with a towel and using an iron to flatten or just placing a few heavy items on top for a few hours. This mat is a nice size at 35.4 x 24 inches, certainly big enough for a large cat little box.

Bath Fizzy DIY Fun

My time that I call for myself and which has kept me sane all these years is my bath time in which I read, relax, and unwind from the day. Sometimes I even sneak in a movie or several episodes of a favorite show while relaxing. 

With taking baths I love bubble baths, bath oils, and bath bombs. They just make it that much more of a special time for just me. With that being said the price on these items can get pretty high, so this is where Pinterest comes in. With a simple search for Bath Bombs Recipes this link came up. Filled with simple to more complicated recipes for bath bombs of all sorts. 

Now you just need to have some kind of mold, we have the above bath bomb molds, but you can use cupcake tins, silicone molds, or anything else you would like to use. I want to work on making some for gifts. Like some with little toys that my youngest daughter and oldest grand daughter like. They will get a kick out of finding a hidden surprise inside. 

I like the metal molds the best because they hold up to constant use. These Bath Bomb Molds from WEBSUN come in three sizes 2 inch, 2.5 inches, and 3 inch. I do want to add a larger on later as we get better at making them but these are great to start with. Green Gobbler Apple Melon

I love this product for many reasons. The most important being that I don't have to worry about filling landfills with tons of bottles. I  can make 4-8 containers of the Green Gobbler Apple Melon all purpose cleaner with one bottle. I just fill my bottle to the neck area with warm water and put in one green pack for normal cleaning or two for heavy duty cleaning but to be honest I have never had to add 2 but the option is there. You also get 2 microfiber cloths and the bottom of the bottle holds the refills so you never have to worry where you might have stored them, and you can see right away when you need to order more. 

Because of the easy access to the bottom of the bottle I suggest keeping this as well as all cleaners out of reach of children. The spray bottle has an off, stream, and spray setting. This cleaner is great for all around house cleaning, workshop, and garden use. My other favorite part is the price you would be hard pressed to find a deal like this other then at dollar stores or with the use of coupons.

This is a nice piece of art or home decor. I was planning on using this on the beach, but after seeing how beautiful it is I am not sure. Because of the large size 80x60 inches this can be used for a wall hanging, beach blanket, picnic blanket, bed covering, etc. This is made from polyester so you can expect this to last for years to come.

OK so we really didn't' discover it but we have discovered how to make things from this neat item. Think of it as a glorified glue gun if you will. 

I wanted a 3D printing pen that was family friendly and this had everything I wanted. It has both USB power, and an ACDC power source for all of your needs. It has adjustable heat settings which is shown on the OLED screen, as well as adjustable speed settings. Keeping it COOL

Summer is coming and this a go to item for our family. We use these all year round for different activities but during the summer we find these especially useful for when the electric goes out on the hottest day and you can't sleep.

Just soak these with water, twist, snap, and place on your body to cool. Best places are back of neck, wrists, and back of knees. These are also great cooling down those who have fever or sun stroke. Also great for laying on sunburns.

40 Watt Hot Glue Gun

My nail clippers, tweezers, and files always go missing. I am hoping that with this shiny case they might stay as a set although my daughter did give it the eye when I unboxed it. I told her hands off this is mommy's.

3D Pen Filament

Our family is rather new to using 3D pens so I thought I should stock up on filament because I am not sure how much of a learning curve there is with creating with it. My girls were super excited to see we got one and are coming up with ideas for making their own creations in the next few weeks. 

School is almost over and having something fun to do while learning a new skill is great for rainy days. With this filament from CoolPlus you get all 20 colors and each color is 32 feet long.
