Stay Hydrated while running or walking

Lately I have been seeing a lot of people walking and running with what looks like a fanny pack with water bottles attached, at first I thought they were weights, but later found out they were hydration belts.

Great idea for the avid walker or runner, even a hiker might find this useful. What I didn't like was how small this was. This barely fits my 12 year old who isn't fat at all, and fits my 7 year old fine but she is small for her age, so like I said in the video on my Youtube page which you can find here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sH7Dl5mhV5I, I hope these companies start making products for the average to obese person to encourage them to get out and be active.

Running Belt

Personally I am not a runner, never have been, never will be. It is just one sport I am not to take part in due to my kidney problems. My children however do not have kidney problems so I have always encouraged them to do the one thing I can not do and that is to run.

So far all of my children have been in youth and school sports, as well as staying active outside of school. I don't think they understand how proud I am of their accomplishments. With my children being active I try to make sure they have the right equipment for their different sport endeavors.

The DAODAO running belt is a nice accessory to have to hold your music player/ phone, as well as money or any other small items you might need for your run, like bandaids. I really like that this was adjustable for my growing 12 year old. She will be able to use this for years to come and it will adjust to her size.

Phantom Fit Reflective Vest

My daughters like to run, play, etc outside, sometimes in the summer they are a bit late getting home and I want to make sure they are safe.
