I have several yoga mats some thinner then this one made my Itechor and some that are thicker. This one is great because it comes with both a yoga mat strap and a yoga mat bag.

The included yoga mat bag is a much needed added bonus. The mat has bumpy surface on one side and smooth surface on the other. I happen to like to the bumpy surface on top for my yoga time.

The color of this mat stands out against my other mats so that I know which one I want to use on different surfaces around our home. I would love in the future to be able to actually go to a yoga class but until then it is just me and my girls.

This mat has a medium thickness which is very comfortable. Easy to roll up and attach strap or put in bag. Perfect for yoga away from home.

This scrub is gelatinous with little flecks of scrubbing material in it. My daughter calls it my sparkly scrub, but it does not have sparkles in it, they just look like that to her.

No Slippy

Most mats give off fumes, or get moldy while this mat made from silicone does not. I love the way it suctions to the tub, and the way the mat feels under my feet.

Some mats hurt your feet because the suction cups are so stiff but this is soft to stand on. The textured surface is also nice for having grip on your feet while showering.

This is a short mat, so I would like to see this mat made longer to fit the whole tub.

This mat is great for children so they don't slip, for the elderly to keep them from having falls, as well as those who are disabled, or anyone really who wants a little extra safety in their bathroom.

Lumbar Support

Having Fibromyalgia I find myself uncomfortable almost everywhere but I have to say that this little pillow has made such a huge difference when I am sitting on our couch.

I usually have my laptop card and laptop out in the living room with me so while my husband is watching TV or playing a game I can get my blogs and email done.

This gives me the support I need without tiring out my back. I am also sitting much better which is healthier for your body.

I love that this has two covers so when one is dirty and being washed you have another. The gel cover is really nice because it is cooling which is great int he summer or for those who like to have cool on their back. In our home Peppermint Essential oil is mainly used for headaches and I could have used this yesterday but because I was feeling so much stress I didn't even think about it.
